Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, & FACTS Family Portal

Microsoft 365 is Microsoft's cloud-powered productivity platform. WSCS Students get the latest productivity apps, such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and so much more.  Students also have the ability to install on personal PCs, Macs, tablets, and phones, as well as using browser-based programs.

Google Classroom is a web-based learning environment. When logged into Google Classroom, students can collaborate with their peers and teachers. Google Classroom offers a digital safe space for students to view class announcements, access posted course content, view posted assignments, and turn in completed work.

FACTS delivers a full suite of education services designed to meet the unique needs of today’s educational instructors, administrators, and students to maximize academic outcomes.  This suite is available through the WSCS App that's available for Apple and Android devices.

Only authorized Winston Salem Christian School users (students, teachers, and other designated staff members and volunteers) can have access to these resources.

We not only present these as great connection tools for both students and parents, but also to prepare students for using these applications in their professional careers beyond their education at WSCS!

Getting Started
Students will be able to log in to their accounts that were created on their behalf.  To login for the first time, students will need to go to office.com, classroom.google.com, and FACTS Family Portal.  Login credentials are sent via email to the personal email address that was specified in FACTS at the time of enrollment.  New students will receive these credentials by the Friday preceding the first day of school.

It is critical that all students (Kindergarten - Grade 12) log in to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and FACTS Family Portal before the first day of school.

Please email makeITfun@wschristian.com to request your student’s Username and Password, unlock, or reset information related to the login credentials for either of these systems.

Note:  Students do not receive access to email before their 6th grade year.
